Can I cancel if it's not working?
All monthly retainers are month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The Pilot is a one-time engagement with no ongoing commitment. Our goal is retention through results, not contracts.
What platforms do you cover?
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter. YouTube Shorts available in higher tiers. We'll recommend which 2-3 platforms make sense for your audience. You don't need to be everywhere.
What's the difference between The Pilot and The Full Buildout?
The Pilot is a 30-day one-time engagement. $1,000 total, paid weekly, designed to prove the fit. The Full Buildout is an ongoing monthly retainer that delivers the same level of service continuously. Most clients start with the Pilot and upgrade.
Do you handle paid ads?
Not in the Social Media tiers. Our focus is organic growth and conversion. If you need paid ad management, we'll refer you to a specialist partner.
